Yesterday, we worked together in teams to build snowflake designs with marshmallows and toothpicks. The challenge required problem solving, creativity, teamwork, and counting.
Recently, we read the book Too Many Toys by David Shannon and wrote to share our opinion about whether Spencer has too many toys or not. Check out the wicked cool display we created together. Toys galore!

Hi Families,
We learned all about the history of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and how the balloons are created. So we planned, sketched, and created our own super cool balloons. We decided to share our creations with other classes during a parade throughout Cole School! We had a blast! Happy Thanksgiving!❤️

Dear Families,
Today, we got to read The Very Hungry __________ books that we wrote to our second grade buddies! We were a little bit nervous, but we practiced so we knew all of the words and sounded smooth. The second graders thought that our books and our reading were just plain excellent. The second graders also read to us. When we get home today, we will read our books to you!
